SUPREME COURT VERDICT: TWON-BRASS GOES AGOG AS BELLO VISITS
It was a day of celebration as residents of Twon-Brass, on Friday, came out in their numbers to welcome the Brass Local Government Council Chairman, Hon. Bello Bina, on the electrifying supreme court victory of 9th November, 2016 which ratified the reelection of Gov. Seriake Dickson.
The jubilant crowd that was led by the Youth President of the Federated Youths of Grand Twon-Brass Kingdom, Mr. Ololo Inowei, was full of ecstasy as they echoed different songs and also danced uncontrollably.
The youth president said that they came out to celebrate the supreme court verdict, maintaining that the victory would now make the agents of retrogression especially in Brass LGA to keep mute.
Hon. Bello thanked the elated crowd for swarming the streets with their celebration regalia to express their support for the Country Man governor, saying that the gesture would not go unrewarded.
He also stated that the victory would bring lasting unity and more development to the state and particularly Brass LGA.
The Chairman who had earlier visited Odioma community was given a rousing welcome by the Chiefs and People of the community.
Speaking, the Chairman of Odioma Council of Chiefs, Chief Opreala Fiyeseimo Koko, thanked the council boss for deeming it necessary to visit the town.
He then begged the Council Chairman to renovate the secondary school in the community.
In his response, Hon. Bello promised to refurbish the dilapidated school building, reiterating that the people of the community deserve the best.
